The Facebook Campus in Ballsbridge on the former AIB HQ site will eventually bring 7,000 people into the area, though campus plans currently do not account for any housing.

The development is a transition project between the larger scale Facebook campus and the residential development to the east and west on an infill site. This provides an opportunity to design an architecturally distinctive, sustainable development that can serve the local community while connecting the Facebook campus with the neighborhood.
